Summary

OpenText Content Aviator is a strong, broad product: its functional coverage and ecosystem reach (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Guidewire) are real advantages, and it's a reasonable choice for enterprises ready to invest in new deployments on current OTCM versions.

tara is not trying to be the same product. It targets customers who aren't ready to upgrade licenses or versions, don't need OpenText Content Aviator's full integration surface, and want AI focused on what matters day to day: finding things, understanding content, acting on it, without extra cost, without a solutions migration to Business Workspaces, and adapted to how each customer's data actually looks.
